The hotel is excellent. Location, ambience, staff, rooms, linens, views, food, etc etc. Everything was amazing. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. HOWEVER....the parking. What is UP with the parking? You are told you have two choices. Self park which is $22/day, or valet, which is $35/day. We decided on self park. Now here's the tip that will save you enough dough to buy a Shamu at Seaworld. In the exact same parking building, there is $12/day parking on the lower floors. Don't go on up to the 7th floor and above!! The entire parking area is covered with cameras, etc and elevators are available. Same security as the top floors. Less expensive. Save your dough. Stick with the lower floors. Other than that, worth every penny for the hotel itself. You'll have a great time, and be close to everything River Walk oriented. La Villita is next door to the property!! Walk to the Alamo! A++++++

let me start off with the so called director of catering who handled our wedding ,she seemed to know what she was doing and she did it well like scaming us out of 7000.00 dollars ,at first we tasted the food the hotel had to offer of couse it tasted pretty good and we made our selection,the day of our wedding she was there at the ballroom at the start

We absolutely loved our stay here. Excellent location on the riverwalk. The rooms were spotless. The beds and linens were luxurious. One of the most comfortable beds that I have had at a hotel! All of the employees were very nice and helpful. We were greeted by a welcoming smile by everyone. Room service (although a bit expensive) was wonderful and always arrived in a very timely manner. I can't say enough about our stay here!

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. I travel to San Antonio weekly. I stayed on the 17th floor most recently (Honors Floor) and woke up with bed bugs everywhere! They were on the sheets, on my clothes, etc. I had to move rooms in the middle of the night. The manager didn't even bother to contact me in the morning. When I called HIM before I left, he did comp the room; wow, my employer was grateful. I threw away a Louis Vuitton suitcase! They are completely unaccomodating in this, and numerous other regards. This Hotel is owner managed and has little to do with Hilton. The customer service here is awful.

I found the Hilton a very nice place to stay and would go back again. Everyone was so helpful to us. I liked the location with our room being on the River Walk side. I had just got out of the hospital so I stayed in my room more than usually and found everythng great including the workers. If I had anythng negative to say it would be the prices for the food ordered in the hotel but there were many other reasonable places on the River Walk to eat. I don't know when I wil return to San Antonio if at all but I would come here again.

yes it was a very beautiful view, but def not worth the price. They offered nothing special, everything in the hotel was expensive i.e a pitcher of orange juice was $28.00 and im not kidding. When we went to park it was 22.00 and on top of that we were charged another 7 dollars at the entrance of the garage by mistake which they refused to refund back to us. It was ridiculous. THere were other hotels on the Riverwalk that we thought offered a lot more. We will never stay here again,

Service - exceptional. From the valet to the doorman to the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone was very intent to make our stay perfect. They seemed to go out of their way to greet us daily and to make sure our stay was comfortable.

I like it because is excellent and close to all great places of San Antonio, and the price us more than fair. I was working temporarily for a Houston firm, and decided to spend a weekend there. Made a reservation using the phone, and few hours later we (my wife and I) were there.
