This beautiful River Walk hotel was built specifically to accommodate visitors of the 1968 World's Fair. Curiously, it was built modularly, with each nearly complete guest room lifted into place by crane in order to meet the construction deadline. Every room features a private balcony and the hotel's beautiful lobby features intricately detailed mosaic paintings and tiles. This property is known for its impeccable service.
