With four stores on Maui, this company is very well known among Hawaiian divers. It provides everything from snorkel rental to dive certification and widely advertizes its competitive prices. The company offers guided excursions to top snorkel and dive spots, including Molokini and Lanai. The PADI certification course lasts three days and costs USD189. Study guides are available in nearly a dozen different languages, as is appropriate considering Hawaii's international appeal.

Maui Ka'anapali Boss Frog Review
I called Boss Frog in Maui to book our Maui excursions. They require a time share presentation - no problem. We are actually owners in Lake Tahoe and wanted some info about Maui time shares. The issues that caused us way too much heart ache, especially while vacationing was this; Two of our vouchers from Boss Hog had the wrong time on it. We missed the ****tail Cruise. My husband, father and three children went to skyline and they were four hours too early because of the wrong listed time. They had to get up so early for the a.m. skyline tour to find they had to kill hours before their turn. The worst part was Boss Frog was not fixing the problem, infact one guy named Peter said that it was our loss. I said, "how far do I need to go to get this fixed? He replied, "to the top." I was flabergasted. This delay would have caused us to miss our families scheduled dinner cruise which was hundreds of dollars for our family of seven. Finally they called the guy we had been working with originally and he was able to reschedule the dinner crusis without penalty. That episode caused a lot of stress. I am not impressed with Boss Frog.

They are greatly lacking in customer service. You do what you need to to make the customer happy. We spend $2500.00 with Boss Frog and was treated badly.
