The hotel is premised in multiple units of four-storey shop house in a conspicuous part of Taman Melaka Raya. Its colorful facades resembling a Disneyland castle are hard to miss. The Portuguese Restaurant is located on street level and the hotel reception is on the second level up a flight of stairs. Many of the rooms feature light touches of Straits Chinese furnishings–dark wooded beds, bedside table and wardrobe. Some rooms, however, do not come with windows, so it is better to seek clarification before hand.
