Grim
Q: Why would anyone go to a beautiful island and pay £70 a night to stay in a horrible concrete room? A: When you see pictures online that bare no resemblance to the real thing. Whatever you do , if you are going to Boracay don't stay here. It's everything a hotel on a beach should not be: concret instead of wood, aircon when you want breeze (no through breeze is possible)grimly furnished and finished with basic tiled floors, showers that don't work, toilets that back up... One of the web photos for the company even shows a pool! There ain't one of those. All this is fine when you are backpacking and paying £5 a night for a budget place, but this is 5 star prices. In fact I paid the same for the Hyatt in Manila. A joke.

Plan To Return
I Stayed at Lorenzo's for 5 days, Found the service and personnel to be outstanding. The 2nd night our Air Con went out and after calling the desk they had it replaced and working within one half hour. Our room was clean and well maintained with a great view.

Hope to get back soon
The staff was very friendly. The service was very good, and the food was great. The location was very nice. It was not in the middle of all the activity on Boracay, but in a very quite peaceful location just a short walk from everything. Eating breakfast every morning at the outside dining area, watching the view of the awesome blues of the water as the sunlight glistened off the sea was incredible. The view from the terrace was one of the most spectacular views I have ever witnessed. I cant wait to get a chance to go back to Boracay and I hope that when I do Lorenzo South has a room available because I cant think of any other place I would rather be!!!

"A Must See!"
Ended my 3wk visit to the Philippines with a 3day stay at this absolutely gorgeous island. The 4km stretch of POWDERED white sands was stunning, like nothing I've ever seen before (been to many beaches, including all of Hawaii). The food was great; a bit pricey, but still much cheaper than American standards. My advice? Pick what you eat, don't be stingy, especially when you're choosing a hotel. Be smart with your money, do a lot of research because Boracay has tons to offer for an unforgettable vacation. Night life is great, too! Oh yeah, don't forget to take the boat trip around the island! It'll be the best $10 you'll ever spend! That should include the snorkeling reef, Crystal Cove (separate island -superb!), lunch at Tambisaan beach, and a trip to Puka beach... dammit, just go!.. definitely no regrets here. Oh, yeah, stay at Station 1 area! The finest hotels, restaurants, and party places are there. Station 2 isn't bad either.

Beware
This place was horrible! It ruined our holiday. The bed linen was dirty and itchy, doors look like they were being eaten by termites, toilet kept blocking, shower pressure was not strong enough and little tiny dust looking insects on the dressing table.
