A South Bank institution, this restaurant has been serving generous, quality meals since the World Expo in 1988. A large, family-friendly restaurant, it contains high ceilings, glass exterior walls, fish tanks and a hearty salad bar. Traditional fried fish and chips are the mainstays of this restaurant. There are however, variations on the theme. For example, Grilled Barramundi with mango and macadamia, a distinctly Queensland dish. There is also a selection of oyster, lobster or Moreton Bay Bugs. Those who prefer a juicy steak can choose a number of different cuts and sauces.
