For a ride around Lake Burley Griffin, this is the place to hire your bicycle. Found right on the edge of the lake, next to the boat hire, Mr Spokes is the biggest general bicycle hire place in Canberra. Much of the cycle path is close to the lake, in park-like surroundings. The ride takes around 45 minutes, and provides great views of the city attractions. It is a great way to view Canberra and get some exercise too. Hire Prices are AUD8 per hour for adults and AUD7 per hour for children.
