The service at this hotel is good. When I entered my room, I found out it was a smoking room. I called the front desk and the guy came upstairs with another key and took me to the non-smoking room. The lobby on my floor smelled funny, like a cigarette smell. The rooms are quite small and wedge shaped. The bathroom is tiny. But this place is a 2 minute walk to Osaka Station and for 7700 yen it is actually quite cheap. But the rooms are pretty old on the inside and it's really small. Only certain rooms have high speed internet connection.
