japan is a good place,but it is expense for us to visit,you can save more money and go to have a travel,i like the hot spring also.the japan food is delicious also.the subway is well and you can take it to all the japan.

We visited the New Otani in March. It has an excellent staff (both English and Japanese speaking), exceptionally clean rooms, nice fitness facility, beautiful view of the Osaka Castle and great location! We will stay again.

The New Otani Hotels are about service, service, and more service. The New Otani Osaka is all about that with a dose of glitz and glamor. Situated next to the Osaka castle and the JR train line, the location is good if you want alittle space from the hustle and bustle of Osaka, but just a short train ride to the fun parts of the city. I got an upgrade to the excutive floor, the rooms are modern with all the amenities exspected from the New Otani hotels, the staff seem to all speak really good english and are extremely helpful, the lobby is beautiful as is the rest of the hotel. The family really enjoyed our stay here.
