Located in front of the Santo Domingo pier, and affording a view of the Caribbean Sea, Restaurant Vesuvio has offered both executive and familiar ambience to its customers since 1954. The restaurant includes rooms with a capacity for 8 to 50 people, an open terrace, and a main dining room with smoking and non-smoking areas. Nice Restaurant but...
Nice atmosphere. The place is more for Pasta and Seafood. I can't remember seeing any Pizzas. The servings are very small, but good.

The price is to high for a more or less quality and quantity food. I did pay for one plate of fish filete and 4 shrimps on it, as well as 2 national beers 30 Euro! ~35USD
