Visited 60 Hope Street in beginning of August 2006 for dinner on a Monday. The two main dishes we tried were just perfect, 'the Roast Rump of Cumbrian Spring Lamb with Spinach & Pine Nut Risotto, Roasted Garlic, Caramelised Sweetbreads & Parmesan Foam' and the 'Grilled Fillet of Welsh Black Beef with a Wild Mushroom Glaze, Pommes Anna, Watercress Purée & Bordeaux Jus'. Had some nice wine plus found my favourite brand of scotch, J&B, so rare in Liverpool.
