I dont like the parking style and please upgrade your service and also cleanliness and the parking area should have security guard to avoid any criminal .

The sheets were amazing on the beds, softest sheets ever. What kind of sheets were they???? Overall, this was a great hotel with a fantastic view of Johor.

I visited my friend at Christmas and was invited to a party in the Eden Garden for Christmas eve. It was great and the singers and dancers were excellent.

Eden Hotel should really look into bucking up their service delivery. I made a reservation for a Club Suite with them and indicated that I will check in at 2pm. Due to my delayed meetings, I managed only to check in around 3pm. When i checked-in around 3.15pm, I requested for a King-sized bed as I had a 9 month old son. I was told that my room was not ready and was advised to wait until my room was ready. After 20 minutes, I went to the room, which the staff were cleaning up to leave my luggage there, as I didn't want to wait at the waiting area any longer so that my wife & myself can go for our late lunch. The room upon entering was heavy with cigarette smoke smell and the bed was not king-sized as requested. As the cleaners were still cleaning the room, we left the place to go back and ask for a change of rooms. Fortunately, another room was given to us, but we still had to wait as the room was not ready either. We waited for another 25min. Finally at 4pm, we managed to get the keys to our room. Of course, given the time they had to clean up the room, towel-set were not complete - bathing towels were missing.
