In general I enjoyed my stay of four nights very much apart from the very hot bedroom which neither the air conditioning or fan managed to cool down and the very very dirty window which looked as if it had never been cleaned. Ok a pleasant view was non-existent but it just gave a bad impression of neglect which did not go with the otherwise sumptious decor throughout, especially the dining room which thankfully had not been modernised and kept its traditional and elegant ambience but the vinyl seats rather spoilt the look although I can appeciate why they were deemed necessary to keep them looking clean, however other good hotels and ships manage with cloth seats. The food was delicious and I was well catered for being a semi vegertarian only eating poultry and fish.

I am a business man , so I ofently travel a lot around Europe. My stay at the hilton metropole in Brighton was absolutely awful. The food was horrible and far from a 4 starts hotel. Managers unhelpful and with poor knowledge. And very dirty.so, I would not recommended to anyone, you better off go to a backpacker, at least is cheaper

This is the Brighton hotel Hilton Metropol.The dirtiness is all around, the food is always carry in the worse conditions, this is just digusting mess. I can´t understand why they know in advance that a health and hygiene inspection is about to came giving them time to hide all the mess. This hotel is the worse in town. Customers must know. Terribles managers.
