Back to Lorcha (A) Macau restaurant you shouldn't miss This restaurant came highly recommended, and we were glad we listened as everything that we ordered was very delicious! From the oh-so-flavorful clams with garlic and olive oil, to the tender and juicy Char-grilled King Prawns, to the creamy serradura dessert. Other restaurant specialties include the oxtail stew, codfish in creamy sauce, Portuguese seafood rice..Yummy. Would love to go back to Macau if only to have another taste of their yummy dishes. Btw, the waiters are all very courteous, efficient and made very good recommendations. Food and Service = 5 stars (and this is not an exaggeration). Ambience not much as this is a fairly cozy restaurant.

There were 20 of us and, without fail, all 20 agreed that the food was amazing. I'm not a big Portugese food fan but even I enjoyed it immensely. Worth going back again.
Reviewed by: Grace from on Feb 13 2008 A never-ending chowdown The place was terrific! I like the food here, especially the clams with the garlic bread, ohhh, it's really superb! Tourists must give this place a hit first before going back for they'll surely be struck with the terrific savor of this scrumptious delicacy. What I don't like about the place is that, it closes down at noontime, wherein newcomers doesn't know about this(for there wasn't a sign on the door) and will be going out again sooner. The crew is friendly, especially the Filipinos. And they really are making this place great.....
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jan 04 2008 A "must" visit restaurant in Macau The seafood is just delicious, especially the pan fried calms with garlic......it's definitely a "must" restaurant if you are looking for good Portugese food. Making advance reservation is very important, do not even think of walking-in.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Oct 07 2007 A local recommended it and I'm glad they did This was the best Portuguese food I has in Macau. The menu is authentic and has a decent wine list (from Portugal of course) to match the foods. Prices are reasonable and the food very good. Don't be safe when ordering...try something you have never had before. The chefs are very good and did not disappoint me on my numerous visits.
