Back to Grand (The) Avoid afternoon tea Booked afternoon tea to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. Requested terrace/conservatory area but put in 'afterthought' area at back with 2 tables of different heights shoved together. Food overpriced and poor. Worst of all had to endure baby having nappy changed at table behind us. Staff utterly indifferent. Never again.
