It offers some of the same ambience, but the atmosphere is a little calmer and less hurried. You will find the older and wiser members of the literary and journalistic crowd up here. But the bar and food is as good as below, and there is a neat cigar lounge for those who want to imitate a certain crusty old Prime Minister's smoking habits.
