Not all it is cracked up to be
overly priced, noisy rooms, bad location. Service was ok. It was clean, however. I attended the Seafood show. I expected 4 diamond service and was like 3 diamond hotel. It is the Ritz or 4 Seasons. Just a convention hotel in a location that is FAR away from all the fun things that Boston offers. Next time, I will stay in Back Bay! They advertise it being on the water and it is but your view id dirty Boston Harbor and you can even see the hotel and planes taking off from the airport from your room.

Ok but Stayed in better while in Boston
The hotel is very clean and appears to have been renovated. Room was smaller than expected, and all I could hear was toilets flushing from other rooms. The hotel is no close to anything in Boston and is actually in South Boston and not Boston itself. Overall, I give it 3 diamonds. I do not think I would stay there again. Nice staff, however.

Conference at the Seaport World Trade Center
The hotel was better than expected. Our room was bigger than expected most likely because it was a handicapped accessible room (lucked out with that one). The staff was helpful. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was really good. The location is pretty far away, but not too far to walk. We walked all the way to North End and it wasn't that big of a deal. Taxi's and the Subway are right there as well. If you are heading to the airport the subway is just one stop away and big savings over the Taxi. You can also take a water shuttle to the airport and/or city. Also I heard they have a full size indoor pool. A few restaurants near bye like the Barking Crab and Mortons Steak house. There also is a Bank of America concert hall really close. One downside was there are just 4 elevators which can get full quickly during the busy hours of the day, or if a convention is letting out. Overall, I would stay there again.

I Don't recommend for Conferences
They were very unprofessional and the hotel is very overated and expensive. The location was not close to anything in walking distance.

Wonderful Hotel Staff
The rooms were a bit small but well decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfy. I love the staff at this hotel! I traveled for business to Boston with my good friend and 1 year old son. The reservation staff helped to organize everything so that stay would be as close to home as could be. They put a microwave, refrigerator and crib in our room at no cost. They allowed us to use a DVD player for one night free of charge. The maid staff were always very courteous and helpful. But most of all the bellhops were just the best. They helped me in and out of cabs with my son, stroller and packages-- always with a smile and often with some small trinket for my son. What a great place to stay in Boston! I'll be back!

Nice but noisy
The rooms are spacious, clean and nice, but it seems they really skimped on the insulation in this hotel. You can clearly hear people in the hall and neighboring rooms, even if they aren't being particularly loud.

Love it love it love it
I have stayed at the Seaport numerous times and have never been dissapointed. The rooms are spacious and the beds are even more comfortable than my bed at home. The entire hotel is spotless and the entire staff provides quick and amiable service. While some rooms do not have a view, a large portion have a spectacular view of the ocean front. If you have a room without a view, there are many communal areas in the hotel which will more than amend your loss. The Aura restaurant has delicious food with impecable service. It has all the perks of "fancy" dinning without being pretentious.

GoodValue
Rooms are nice especially for the price. While it is a little out of the way if your business takes you to the financial district it is a good choice. Be prepared for the various taxes and the $36 per night parking.
