Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jul 13 2007 Good from the outside It's a nice looking hotel, a landmark in Yokohama. The lobby is impressive, and the view from some of the rooms is probably one of the best in Japan (though you'll have to pay extra to get it).
Reviewed by: C from on Feb 01 2007 Been there over 100 nights The service is very good. They are very flexible on reservations changes. A bus runs directly from Narita to the hotel door. Every room has wireless LAN.

Excellent restuarants on site and in queens square and world porter, two bars on site have happy hour 6 pm to 7 pm bye one get one free. Rooms are very large by any standards. Free wireless
Reviewed by: Rick w from on Jul 17 2005 Worth the money if you can afford it Located in the beautiful Minato Mirai 21 area of Yokohama this 5 star hotel has something many Japanese hotel rooms don't have: size! The rooms are larger than nearby Pan Pacific Hotel and Nikko Royal Park Hotel.
