One person on the staff blew it. In the restaurant she gave us a poor table (next to the buffet table) then immediately seating Chinese people at a better table against the wall. We asked for a better table, she refused. The overall hotel experience was average, but this staff person's lack of professionalism and courtesy is unfortunately my memory of the place.

A little older than I expected. Had a nice view of the bridge though....very nice at night.
