This hotel is easy walking distance from Senado Square, Saint Paul's and the Fortaleza do Monte. The room was really 5-star, with a 32 inch flat screen television, in-room safe, hair drier, coffee/tea making gear and a marble bathroom complete with a bathtub! The reception staff were efficient, if not as warm and friendly as some visitors might like. We paid $85 for a Tuesday night, but expect to pay more on weekends.

If you plan to stay in Macau, this hotel is a nice choice. Very clean, very reliable service, and very nice breakfast. Plus it has an business center where you can access the internet.

Horrible experience: we had to wait for one hour and a half before they checked us in, they charged us for a glass of warm tap water served in a small and dirty glass, which they charged us for. The personel lacked understanding, professionalism and warmth... The room was just ok but the bed was dirty and we had to ask them to change the sheets which took another 2 hours. Very disapointed especially considering their price so called rating and flattering description. Worse hotel by far we have been to during our Asia trip!
