Eating inside by the fire or outside on the deck, Capers' laid-back dining features New-American Cuisine and an award-winning wine list. The elegantly casual atmosphere is almost as enjoyable as the food. Start with the artichokes with fresh mushroom stuffing, topped with lump crabmeat and spicy Cajun cream sauce. Then try the filet mignon or rib-eye steaks coupled with Capers' signature sauces. The grilled salmon is also a treat. Arkansas' Best Salad features mixed baby lettuces topped with fresh Arkansas-grown tomatoes, mozzarella and crumbled feta cheese, a fresh basil chiffonade and a masterful balsamic vinaigrette.
