Very nasty and disappointing
This water park was so nasty. The small children only had one small area to play and the seats had mildrew on them. They only had 2 to 3 slides and you had to pay an extra $5 to ride some of the rides. This water park is nothing like magic springs. The pictures on the internet of the water park is nothing like the actual park. I have never been so disappointed for my children to take them to something this awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Wild River Country is Going Down the Drain
We have been to Wild River Country for years and it seems this year anything goes - 2009 has sank to new lows. I don't think it is the park as much as the guest who are allowed to be out of control, because the workers don't know how to get control of their friends (hint: Wild River Country - teach workers about good work ethics, separate work from play). We went on a Friday afternoon and it was awful! Guest were allowed to wear socks (yes, regular long white athletic socks) into the water - fashion or not, GROSS! Why not allow cut off's too, if you are allowing socks?? The staff seemed to be un-interested in patrons unless you are their friends, I stood in one line (sorry it wasn't a line, it was a crowd, no structure whatsoever) for 5 minutes while the worker chatted it up with friends/guests who wanted to borrow money to rent a locker. I later went back to get my deposit from the locker key return and again a crowd of money borrowers/’what time do you get off work’ chatters stood around, and I waited in the crowd, while 2 or 3 'friends' managed to get serviced before me. Maybe during the opening time of day hours things are better, but I don't recommend a visit on Friday afternoons. Even my 10 year old doesn't want to go back and she loves the water. Oh and the food is way overpriced, but this is nothing new.

NASTY NASTY NASTY
It was just nasty, the restrooms the decks, the walkways and the water, all nasty. not many people there when we went, so the lines moved fast. season pass are 100.00 which I feel is way to much for 6 silds and an oversized pool. Magic springs passes are only 49.99 we get passes evey summer, you get a big water park, that is clean, rids, lots of fun free concerts, free drinks and sunscreen. add it all up magic springs is the way to go......

Will not be back
We were very excited when entering Wild River Country. However the excitement quickly wore off. The place was filthy. The water was dirty, and the concrete pathways were equally gross. It was crowded, but the staff lacked the management skills required to run the park efficiently. It seemed like after you paid your admission, no one really seemed to care what happened to you. There were no tubes and if you wanted one; you had to wait in a very long line just to get one ( and this is per ride). It was ridiculous; when we went to purchase a rental tube; they said they were not renting to anyone else. My husband and I felt like if they were above a capacity where there was not enough equipment for the guests then the guests should have been informed at the admission gate. Anyway we had paid our hefty admission and just basically stood there with our children waitng and waiting for a tube so we could stand in another long line to ride the 20 second ride. To break it down; after a 30 minute wait for a double tube then you went to the ride line for a 10-15 minute wait and then you get to ride the 20 second ride. After all of that so called fun, we went to the wave pool. It was disgusting!!!. It was infested with hair and bandaids and dirt and grass. We felt like we needed to take a bath in lysol before we could go home---yes it was that gross.

So-So
It was fun and all but, it cost too much money for what little they have to offer over all. In addition, with the they did have they were too specific as to the appropriate age and type of ride it was for. For example, you are into fast rides, only a third of the rides were appropriate. If you had very small kids, only one small area was good for that age group. Even though you could very easily ride every slid and uses every pool in a single trip, you would never want to.

Once is never enough
This place is the best and you can never have too much fun or adventures. I have personally experienced every inch of the place and itis safe, fun, and the best of the best. If you have never been there before you are missing out!!!!! There is absoluely nothing wong ith the entire water park. When you take a child with you, you will never get them out. So once you go there make sure you buy a season pass because you will want to go there when you have any second of an oppurtunity. This next statement is a true fact not an opinion, THIS WATER PARK IS THE BEST OF ALL THE WATER PARK IN THE WHOLE UNIVERSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alot of fun for the kids and me too
It was alot of fun for the entire family and my wife had fun as well. The staff were great and always available and helpful with our questions. The tubes should be free for the price we paid but so should the current gas prices. The park was clean and the burgers and hot dogs were good! Look forward to our next visit..

Good Family Fun
WRC is a smoke free, alcohol free, family friendly place. I've gone multiple times in the 5 years I've lived in the area and have never been disappointed. It's not cheap... but few things are these days. Having to rent a tube for the wave pool is rediculous, but being able to bring your own picnic lunch to enjoy just outside the park helps with cost. The rides are excellent. I tend to outlast my kids!

It was Fun and not too crowded!!
I think that it is fun to be able to go to a place where its not hard to get around. its nothing like a florida park but for little rock its nice to have somewhere where you can take your kids to have fun. It could use a little work but it always takes time and they are getting better every year
