Encounter some of Western Australia's endangered native wildlife and learn how those in need of help are rehabilitated into the wild. Do not miss this unique opportunity, the chance to get close to native animals rarely seen in the wild. Established in 1962, the centre cares for sick, injured and orphaned wildlife. Approximately 86 volunteers and 15 permanent staff care for more than 100 animals at a time, including Bilbys and Western Barred Bandicoots. Tours can be arranged at any time, although a night visit proves a treat as many of the residents are nocturnal.
