Amazing Mountain
The journey up was worth the view. The pinnacle at the top provided amazing views. The observation area was great if you had children and were worried about them. It snowed on the mountain and was a little chilly but beautiful when the sun shone. All in all, a memorable time and would visit the mountain again when I go back.

Huge Fun
We just happened to go up to the top of Mt Wellington when it was snowing - in fact it felt like a blizzard to us. The kids thought it was awesome fun. I stayed in the car and took photos from there! There were no views because of the snow but it was worth it all the same.

Incredible
An incredible view of Hobart. An unreal view of the Derwent river and city. On a snowy day especially it is just magnificent to be "on top of the world"

Hang on to your little ones!!!!!
Mt. Wellington is beyond belief in windiness, but it was an experience I will never forget. Got out of the car to put on my jacket, there was no way this was possible in that wind. I will never forget the feeling of trying to get to the oberservation building, the railings are to help pull yourself along. I thought my seventh grader was going to be blown away.
