My boyfriend lives in Florida and we spent a weekend in St. Augustine! He took me to The Conch House at night and it was very romantic! We ate in one of the huts over the water! There were lights and live entertainment! Food a little pricey but well worth it! Especially if you want to go all out for the one you love! Hoping to go back in September!

Just got back from St.Augustine and a beautiful wedding at the Conch House ! It was so GREAT !! We are already planning trip back ! Trish, our waitress and party planner was so wonderful !! If you want a place to party and really don’t care about your room then go ahead and stay here.

The restaurant looks very pretty, staff was friendly, food WAY too expensive ($28.00 entree) but what made it all the worst experience in our lives was the roaches. We got a table outside, on the huts over the water and within 15 minutes 3 roaches walked over our table. Waiter explained that these were common palmetto bugs but let me say that they looked exactly like a cockroach. We were moved inside do to the amount of roaches since we had already ordered our food... The food came and it was very bad. After a couple of mnutes we saw more roaches walking around our table. They say that there are roaches or the so called Palmetto Bugs since the restaurant is on the water and on a deck but honestly it was the most disgusting experience... Now you know!!!

We got a tiki hut over the water looking at the lighthouse. The food was great and brought to us quickly. I cant wait to go back in July when we are up there.

My family has been visiting St. Augustine twice a year for the past 20 years, and every year we go to the Conch House. You can't beat the atmosphere ... it's perfect for large familes because the kids can go to the dock and look at the boats, or the new mini-aligator farm will be sure to attract them! The food is always good and, while we've occasionally hit a server on an off day, mistake are corrected quickly and curtesously.

It was wonderful! Very Relaxing and tropical atmosphere. It had pretty good service. I loved the food! The room was gorgeous, and we absolutely loved our stay!

The hostess Tracy was friendly and very helpful. She made our dining experience at the Conch House extremely enjoyable with her bubbly and outgoing personality. Overall we had a great time.

My friends and I love Reggae Sundays. It was a ritual every Sunday to enjoy the sun and awesome music on the deck. We also loved Brian Turner's songs afterwards. A true Florida experience. Parking is a hassle but that's cause it's so popular.

The service was really terrible, the people there do really need to learn some manners and get a differant attitude. food average, parking terrible.
