The only thing I dislike is having to leave! At the reception desk, Margaret Mary's smile made us feel like smiling too. She warmly greeted us and said that our room was ready and she hoped that we enjoyed our stay. Then John, the head doorman, effortlessly carried our two very heavy pieces of luggage up 61 steps as if they were sofa cushions!

My husband and I stayed here during our October 2003 honeymoon. It's now 2006 and I cannot tell you how often I think back to our stay in Adare Manor. The staff upgraded us to the best room in the Manor when they learned we were honeymooners. Exceptional service, great ambiance, awesome restaurants, magical grounds, etc. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this place a 15! Cannot wait to return for a special anniversary in the future...a true Irish gem.
