Fantastic !!!
I have had the pleasure of staying in the hotel for 3 nights. I found the hotel to be very convenient as it is very near the night market and the various restaurants and pubs (German; English and Belgian pubs in a row). The food served was fantastic and delicious, especially the teochew porridge and the condiments. The band and singers played such wonderful music during dinner.

Surprise
The hotel did not meet our expectation. Service was poor....the housekeeper was not friendly. We asked for a hair dryer. And to our surprise, the staff went into our room to take the hair dryer without our knowledge during the day when we were out touring Chiangmai. No sense of security. Food was ok. Location is very good. Overall I would not recommend.

Close to shopper's paradise ...
Located right next to the Night bazaar is a boon ... you don't need to carry your bags too far. better still, some shops deliver the goods at the hotel when asked. This is your regular 4-star hotel with all the standard facilities you can expect from Holiday-Inn category hotels. It is not a resort-hotel. The breakfast was good. We got a room with a view of the surrounding mountains ... towards Wat Par That Doi Suthep. The personnel were efficient and helpful. Apparently this hotel is popular with affluent Thais on biz-travel or on vacations.

Loikrathong
I went to Chiangmai for their Loikrathong festival last November. It is always good to go for their festival because there are additional stuffs to view and buy and of course there are fireworks to play during their festival. Had a three night stay over there. A good accomodation for people who wish to go shop along the night bazarre. Macdonald is just across the road. Starbucks and Burger Kind is just nearby. I must recommend the night bazzare, from slippers to lamps to cushions and shirts and etc... But one thing to keep in mind is that must always bargain. If the stall owner dun wanna lower price than go to another stall, too many stalls selling the same things.
