Chef Douglas Rodriguez, formerly of Patria, has established a happy home at Chicama. The menu features a number of Peruvian dishes, but the cuisine of other Latin American nations is also well represented. It is all good food, and the service and atmosphere of the place are up to the same high standards. Playful yet handsome decorations abound at Chicama, including Peruvian rugs and sculpture. The ceviches are a good choice, and other dishes include grilled octopus with black olive sauce as well as a variety of roasted meats.
