This great Japanese restaurant is located in Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel. There is always a long wait at this restaurant, so if you don't have reservations you are in for it, but it is worth the wait. The décor is elegant and the clientele ranges from hotel guests to area residents who love the delicious fresh sushi and other dishes. Traditional Japanese cuisine is on the menu here, from the fresh sushi bar to Teriyaki and Tempura dishes. Also, you can get Shabu Shabu, grilled vegetables, and meats. There is a full bar and a good wine list, with bottles in every price range. Don't forget to try the premium sake.
