With more than 150 specialty stores and restaurants, this is truly a one-of-a-kind complex. The only one larger in Honolulu is the Ala Moana Center, and some people say that Royal Hawaiian is beginning to outgrow its famous neighbor. Designer boutiques include Bulgari, Celine and Cartier. Specialty stores such as the Ukulele House 2 carry local merchandise. With more than a dozen restaurants and informal eateries to choose from, you'll never go hungry.

Royal Hawaiian Center - It has really changed
The place is totally different than descirbed in 2005. The spent a ton to open it up and give it what we call here a Hawaiian sence of place. The Royal Hawaiian Hotel is pink and very visable behind the restored coconut grove. new stores of all types, a food court in a great lanai setting. A great place for visitors and locals to visit, eat, shop, relax, free authenitic Hawaiian entertainment. Chek it out.

Why? / Why Not?
It is an upscale and moderate shopping and dining and entertainment experience in a truly Hawaiian setting. It is owned and operated by Hawaiians and it is authentic, yet up to date and beautiful.
