very upset
I am completely dis-satisfied at the incompetence of the staff at the front desk! When we checked in on Feb. 23rd, we had asked the girl working the front desk if we could stay at your hotel. She said yes and offered to cancel our original reservation at the other holiday inn in buffalo. She never cancelled that reservation and my friends card was charged from the other holiday inn. When you tried to charge my friends card, of course it did not go through b/c of the other hotel charging it! Than we were locked out of our hotel every morning b/c your clerk could not get an authorization on that credit card! It was completely aggrivating to say the least. Than in order to stay another night (for saturday 2/25), I had to give your clerk my credit card as a "just in case" because we were still waiting for the credit on my friends credit card from the other holiday inn. I never authorized my credit card to be charged and I am waiting for a credit! My friends credit card was credited from the other hotel! I spoke with Brian on 3/06/06 and he said I need to have my friend call to authorize a charge to his credit card! My friend was at your front desk every morning we were there trying to get this handled, and all Brian could say is "I need him to call me"!

I will recommend every other hotel! We go out to Buffalo about 4 times a year and stay in various hotels and I can say without doubt that this was completely upsetting! You have 4 very upset guest's!
