Back to Fairmont Hotel Vancouver Beutiful hotel. Poor customer service Lovely-looking old hotel. Very nicely restored. It would have been a fantastic experience if not for the staff. With the exception of the concierge, they were generally discourteous and rude. Which is unfortunate. This hotel is really set up for large business events and not personal vacation stays.
