Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Aug 26 2007 best to stay but watch your bills hi..this is my 2nd stay in Kerry Centre..i truely enjoy the experience of staying at this hotel..one of the main reasons is because of it's location and access to other facilities - shopping mall, etc.. but in the last trip, i did not feel that happy when i was charged for the breakfast although my package does include the breakfast already. Although, i got that waived, it still cause some disatisfaction to me since the staff was not too happy when i argued about the bill...

Reviewed by: Bill from on Jun 09 2005 Customer (Un)delighted Program This is the worst Shangri-la I've stayed in. The room was spacious and very nice. The restaurant was average. Service ranged from good to barely competant to near surly. For $300 per night, I expected alot more.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Apr 17 2005 One of the best anywhere This was one of the most positive hotel experiences we have ever had anywhere. We stayed on the concierge/club floor which I highly recommend. Everyone at the concierge desks was very helpful at all times with every detail or question. By chance I met the wife of the hotel owner at the concierge desk and she offered to drive me to the Pearl Market which she did pointing out the sights along the way.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Mar 11 2005 Great Gym, Excellent Food i stayed there for 3 days for a conference and overall i am very impressed by the overall quality. what i liked the most is the quality of the room and service. the gym is the best i have experienced so far in terms of hotel gyms. it's got TV for almost every equipment, and provides personal trainer if needed. The food, particularly the breakfast is simply awesome, with a large variety of choices, from Chinese food to continental breakfast, all with excellent quality. other than a bit pricy, i would recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to beijing
