I loved Bishop's from my very first visit when living in Vancouver. I would eat there about once a month and had incredible service and food every time. After moving back to the US I went back to Bishop's a few years later and when I walked in they remembered me by name-I was shocked. That night my boyfriend (now husband) proposed at my favorite restaurant any where in Canada and the US. The sable fish and the Death by Chocolate dessert are especially good. If in Vancouver, Bishop's is the place to go.

This was our third visit to Bishop,s.The service was impeccible and the food excellent.John Bishop always visits each table and checks on the clients satisfaction. this touch makes this restaurant one of Vancouver,s finest.I would recommend this establishment to anyone who visits Vancouver.

Incredible service in a pristine, warm and evviting environment. Top notch service and the food is of the highest caliber. An unbelievable wine selection that is John Bishop's pride.
