I go to this place when I am downtown with my family with our boat. My dad and I love the view from the 28th floor- the elevator only takes you up to the 25th floor and you will have to walk 3 flights. We were creeped out when this little girl and her mom were in the elevator and the little girl jumped and it felt like the Hollywood Hotel ride at disney with the haunted elevator shaft. After about free falling for 2 minutes and 4 floors it stopped and we got out at floor 3 and all decided to walk down to the Basement.

I LIke it cuz its a classical feel around and in it, Its seems to have sort of a royalty to plus I'm From Buffalo so Thats not the only attraction. also its where the underground railroad passed through. sometimes the elevators may give you a rollercoaster feel.
