Back to Randolph Park Hotel & Suites better than we expected I'd read some negative reviews of this place but we didnt have any real problems. The location is great for walking to tennis or golf. University is a few miles away. The Pueblo Grille next door has a nice outdoor patio with great food. You might need reservations on the weekend. They give a discount to hotel guests.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Nov 11 2007 Great value Location was great - tennis courts and park across the street, restaurant across the street (Pueblo Grill) had great menu and food and very reasonable prices. Room was clean and fairly roomy, loved the microwave and refrigerator and coffeemaker in room, loved the patio outside our room along poolside. Nice spa. Nice to have on-site laundry facility. Full breakfast offered but same offering each day (could have been more imaginative or rotate some different selections). Units with kitchenettes available too.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Nov 16 2006 shotty service My family was in town for a wedding, and we had 6 rooms, all of which had several issues with room quality. A/c not working lights out, outlets not working and also the remote that controls the A/c unit in the room was not working. My room smelled like smoke as did most of the other rooms of my other family members. The women who checked me in was rude and indifferent. The hotel is located in a kind of bad area that seemed to cater to a more seedy clientel, so I don't blame them for there attitude. It explained why I was explained the rules and regulations of the hotel and what I was expected to pay. I felt like I was being charged for everything you would expect all other hotels to offer as a service.
