Great to look at...
There was a 1 1/2 hr waiting line for $17 per person... We were just fine with looking at it and taking pics.

Excellent experience, would defniitely visit again
I was not sure if it would be worth the $15 admission, but once we took the elevator up to the observation deck my worries disappeared. The view of downtown, suburban Seattle and the water is incredibly breathtaking. Be sure to bring a coat or jacket as it gets pretty windy up there.

What a view!
We stopped at the Space Needle Restuarant for brunch. The food was excellent but really expensive. It was $45 per person for soup, one entree, and a desert. But the service was great and the view is unbelievable. After we ate we went up to the observation deck. It was truly a beautiful sight! Glad we did it but I wouldn't pay that much for lunch again.

Tourist Trappish
Yes, you must do the Space Needle when in Seattle but beware of the restaurant. Your ticket up is included with any reservation but the minimum per person is $25!..and that's just for a salad. If you want something good double that! Your better off paying the $15 to ride up and dining somewhere closer to sea level.

CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!
Been there in the summer. Love the atmosphere. Love the sight. Can't wait to go back. Guess it could be better sight and atmosphere in winter or spring.

Nice view if the weather is cooperating
Went to dine at the Space Needle for several special occasions. My one year anniversary was an extraordinary experience. The staff gave us a dessert on the house as well as a card congratulating us on our anniversary (almost 7 years ago and we still have the card in our scrapbook). Went with my mom when she was visiting from Chicago. Unfortunately, we had a "freak" snowstorm during our dinner. Visibility was terrible, but then we concentrated on other aspects of the time together. The selection of entrees have improved over the years. Definitely a "must see" whether you are a tourist or a native of Seattle.

Touristy...but have to visit at least once!
We had dinner in the Sky City restaurant at the top of the tower, wonderful views! The atmosphere and service were fantastic, the food not worth the exorbitant prices though. It's one of those places you have to visit, and then never go back!

waste of money and time
the title says it all. very expensive but the tower and sight are overrated. i would not reccomend anyone to go. it's very small and crowded.
