Back to Fiesta Americana Centro Monterrey Avoid this hotel Horrible service from day 1. Check-in and check-out took more than 1 hour each!! We booked several rooms and when we checked out they mixed our bar and restaurant service. Took another hour to sort it out.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Feb 19 2007 Great staff I have stayed at nearly every hotel in Monterrey and this is one of my favorites. The staff is extremely nice and they have a fantastic breakfast. The rooms are clean and very big. They have huge windows with great views, too.
Reviewed by: Bravedog from on Jan 23 2007 No real complaints The room was nice and the rates were reasonable. Biggest complaint is there were very few English speaking staff and none very proficient. They never claimed to provide this service so not really their fault. I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Monterrey and they had some exceptional English speaking staff. The Fiesta Americana is a few blocks closer to the city center however and we found this to be quite convenient.
