Absolutely the best location for a hotel in the heart of Monterrey, only a block away from downtown shopping, a few minutes walk to the Macroplaza, Santa Lucia Riverwalk and the Monterrey Party Central -Barrio Antiguo. Fabulous place for a business trip or vacation.

They over charge you like for everything even if you breath so don`t, be careful if you leave your car in their parking lot they gave me a big dent in my car big as a black hole!!!! and yes they charge you for parking your car in their own parking lot and in small letters you will read: we are not responsible for nothing even if they give your car to smebody else by mistake, would not recomend it, its better if you stay in another local hotel better service better price.

i loved the hotel and the city and i had so much fun here. one of the best and i think this is way better than the crown plaza this should be rated #1

I absoulutly loved staying there. it made me feel important. the food was great there was nothing like having great north american food and the hotel was just overall amazing.This place takes you away to another world of your own.
