Auckland's first official day spa was the Equipoise Spa in Ponsonby. Still amongst the best, it is always busy and has a loyal and satisfied clientele. Treatments are competitively priced, with a one hour facial or massage. The day spa comes with a variety of options and all are highly recommended. They also have a hair salon on the premises and sell a wide range of beauty products, including the organically produced Aveda range.
