This restaurant is very much in keeping with the old antiquated look of this award-winning village Adare. The restaurant is named after Red Hugh O'Neill, Patrick Sarsfield and their 11,000 followers. After their escape to France from the English they became known as "The Wild Geese." The food served here will make you want to stay for a while longer. The fresh seafood, game and excellent meat dishes are all hits.

booking is advisable.
