A wonderful stay!
My daughter and I stayed here for a concert and Old Market shopping. The room was clean, comfortable, with a fantastic view of the river. The breakfast was nice and all the staff were friendly. We WILL be staying here again!

Will never stay there again!
I stayed there with three teenage girls. We did not have a TV or radio on, yet we received a noise complaint. The front desk called then security came to our room and threatened to kick us out. They treated us like criminals when the girls were simply talking and I was actually sound asleep. The security guard said the walls were "paper thin" and that everyone in the room would have to whisper so they wouldn't disturb the next door neighbors. I booked online and they asked for advance request so I asked for extra towels. When we arrived, there were 4 towels for 4 people. The pool was so filthy that the girls were afraid to swim and would only sit in the hot tub. The rooms are spacious and the location is great, but the hotel is not being managed properly. Such a shame!

Thumbs Up
It was a last minute decision to visit Omaha Easter weekend so when checking for a Hotel the Marriott was the Best Deal for the Class of Service. Great Room for the money. A little noisy outside because of the area, but not untolerable.

Not Impressed
We had a great time in Omaha but would not stay at this hotel again. The rooms were ok but not wonderful for the price. We took our grand children down to the pool and the clorine was so bad we could hardly see. Just not impressed all around.

Parking lot and service was horrible
Gentleman at front desk was not friendly. Heard several people complaining about him. Parking lot is very small. Parking spaces are exceptionally small. Tried to get as many parking spots in one area as they could. Larger vehicles wound up taking two spots, forcing us to park in overflow lot, 3 blocks away. Will not stay here again and don't recommend it to others. Facility was just OK!

great stay
It is clean, the location is ideal--close to interstate and shopping. Staff is friendly, breakfast is fantastic.

A soild choice as usual
Courtyard is solid as usual. Walking distance to Old town, shuttle less than 10 min to zoo or ballpark. Exactly what you might expect from this chain. Very Good.

Friendly Service
One of the friendliest hotels I have ever stayed at from all of the receptionists to the shuttle drivers who will take you anywhere locally, this is an excellent hotel.

Downtown Omaha
Great spot to hang your garment bag for a coupler of days. Easy tyo get to all of downtown Omaha, with a decent bar, food, and excercise room/pool. Can't beat it at $68 per night.
