Back to Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel Nice but shy of outstanding Nice historic hotel. During our latest trip to Boston we spent two nights at The Fairmont Copley and two nights at the Langham, which also has our review.
Reviewed by: Sarah from on Dec 21 2008 Wedding Valet I've always seen this hotel as I am from the area. Always noticing how well kept it is. I happen to attend a wedding here recently. Very clean throught out the premises. Staff seem willing to help needed. Being that I didn't stay in the hotel, I can not coment on the rooms personally, Although I have heard great things about the quality of stay here.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Feb 17 2008 Great Place to Stay Great Sevice. Friendly Staff.Beautiful Hotel. I am not a huge fan of Hotels that have no character. This Hotel has plenty. FRom the gorgeous Lobby to the big dog that calls the Fairmont his home. The Oak bar is very classy place. The rooms have ceiling chandeliers six feet tubs abd very comfortable beds.
Reviewed by: Puglisi from on Nov 05 2007 Fairmont Excellent hotel, very luxurious, first class all the way. We were there to see the Red Sox and had a fantastic time. Location was great, too, within walking walking distance of great eating and entertainment.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Oct 10 2007 Great ... ... place to stay. Nice location. Convenient to subway and Copley Plaza. Our room was large with lots of amenities. Do miss a pool. The Oak Room is not well set up. We thought we were dining in the retsuarant but were seated in the bar. This should be clarified up front. Also, what's with the small red wine glasses? Otherwise, staff were great, service was great. Loved Catie and so did our son.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Nov 29 2006 Traditional Elegance The Fairmont Copley Plaza is the epitome of east coast, old world charm. The lobby is stunning with baroque guilding everywhere. The Oak Room is famous for its steaks and the blueberry and cranberry pancakes in the morning are not to miss! Within walking distance to world class shopping - be sure to have the pizza at Canestaro's and the crab at the Barking Crab. Fairmont quality and service you'd expect.
Reviewed by: Jana R from on Oct 24 2006 Wow!! Wow!! This was such a beautiful hotel! From the time you valet your car, you get wonderful service. Everyone is so nice & genuinely polite. The lobby is incredible, the rooms are beautiful (with extremely comfortable beds!!)...it was overall just a great experience to stay there. As expensive as everything is in Boston, it was hard to believe this was not one of the most expensive hotels in the city...they could have fooled us with the service & look of the hotel! Great location, great hotel...we will definitely stay there next time we are in Boston!
