The Mall of Malls
I'll never forget this very stunning place that ever happened to Metro Manila. I remember when it was just newly-built and at the time, my colleagues and I would watch movies there right after our night shift from St. Luke's. Although everyone has gone for over a decade now, whenever we come for a visit, we never forget to spend time at this still Number One mall that I am truly proud of. I love malling and have gone to a lot of them from coast to coast here in the US but nothing compares to SM Megamall. Probably its nearest competitor is a relatively clone of itself- the Mall of Asia ('though I have yet to see that).
Would you recommend this to a friend?
Yes

Why? / Why Not?
It's simply fascinating-you wouldn't want to go to another place.

Everything!
What a great shopping experience. Everything from big box store (SM) to boutiques, sports, computers, entertainment, and food, food and more food. Surely the best shopping overall in the P.I. While we were there The Pussycat Dolls were in live concert, who would have thought it? Fireworks as well. It's all here, and I'm in no way connected with SM, Mall of Asia or anything, my family and I just know a good thing when we see it.

losing a wallet at SM taytay
I live at Angono, Rizal. I was glad when Sm taytay was built near our place. I really love shopping at SM malls even on the hypermarkets than any other malls. Most of our daily expenses which we need on our daily living was bought on Sm malls.

We are quite disturbed
Hi.Mike here. Im a regular customer of one of your malls here particularly, in SM Sucat,Paranaque City Bldg B (Department Store). Im quite an observant person, when I try to do window shopping esp with my family. I was just quite disturbed yesterday when I was in your Department store (2nd flr-Mens shoes department).I have never seen an arrogant display of vulgarism & unprofessionalism of one or two of your sales personnel. I am a very patient person, but this I cannot allow esp. innocent customers just doing their window shopping. These are innocent people discriminated physically. The story: That late afternoon, around 4pm, I noticed that one of your staff making "kwento" to another staff by telling discription of a customer. Like for example, a male customer would just walk by to check a pair of leather shoes.. The sales people would start a conversation as if he was in the midle of the "kwentuhan" and in the middle of their kwentuhan, the staff would say .." ahh, yung mukhang bading na kaibigan ni ___ (a fictitious name), na maitim na kulay blue ang pantalon.?". He would shout as if he was telling the description of the walking customer.. Not knowingly, it is the description of the customer. In short, he is describing the physical feature of the innocent fellow passing by ..Almost all the staff at the Shoes section laughs about it. This continued about 10 mins or so since I was with my kid looking for a pair of sneakers as I was sitting in the bench. I was offended by this arrogant horseplaying, that I immediately left the area with my kid. I don't know if this practice have been going daily. I would think this is a way to release their boredom, but come on..!!We're talking customers here and SM is not that place. Thank you and more power. -Mr. Mike Tan / Gatchalian Pque City

Nice Mall
The Mall is first of all very big and boasts many levels of shopping. It's got just about everything a mall needs, clothes shops, food courts and even an ice skating ring. Its pretty easy to get to just take the MRT Rail and you'll be able to know when to get off.
