No perks period
When I got to the hotel I parked in their garage which was VERY hard to navigate through with a truck. I came to check in and that process went fast, and the clerk answered my Questions just fine. Got to the room, and here is where the bad begins. No ironing board for the iron. No coffee for the coffee maker. No remote for the TV, and last but not least, no heat for the room. I called the frontdesk and got the things I asked for quickly, but there was still no heat in the room. The clerk brought up 3 blankets, apologized that they were full, and said that the office manager would be in the next AM to help with any compensation. Upon checkout, she said sorry, and printed my bill? I told her I was VERY unhappy with my stay and she said that she could discount 10% off my stay. A room with no heat, and 10% off? Come on! I told her that wasn't reasonable, and she said, "Sorry" and then asked me to sign my checkout slip. I have disputed all charges with Visa, and hopefully this review will make people run from this hotel.
