Asian, Southwestern, Mexican, Caribbean and European cuisines are blended to create unusual dishes that stimulate your sense of adventure as well as your palate. Lucinda's Basil Cheese Torta is an old favorite, and so is the Sausage and Duck Gumbo. For something new and different, try the Firecracker Shrimp Fettuccini.
