Just walking in the door makes one feel like they are rich, the atmosphere is homey, yet elegant and the merchandise is wonderfully presented. You feel as though you are the only one in the store, the minute the staff says, hello, may I help you.

Borsheim's is a jewelry store unlike any other. It is where the blue collar worker and the super rich shop side by side and are always treated as equals.

I'm a soldier that was marrying a soldier.We were on block leave from Germany for 10 days before I went to Kosovo and he to Macedonia for nine months. We had little time to plan a real wedding and settled for a judge and courthouse...I at least wanted the ring of my dreams! The staff at Borsheim's was (excuse the military jargen) Out-Damn-Standing! I gave the description of exactly what I wanted and it was created. Yes...created, for me. The band I wanted was in stock, but there were no trillion mountings. There were two trillion solitair necklaces...and my wedding set was born. The worker-bees in the back must have placed my ring ahead of the line...normally taking ten days, it was done in three.I am ever greatfull to the staff at Borsheim's for taking such good care of me and my needs.
