Back to Castle District The Castle grounds I liked the castle grounds because it presents a great view of Budapest and its sorroundings once up there. Good for nice photos! Also tell a lot of the towns historical heritage. To me it was definitly a main attraction to see.

Reviewed by: Danielle from on Feb 25 2008 Not Europe's best, but still good Europe has a lot of old towns and castles. Budapest's is quite lovely, and offers some great views and access to musuems. It is a must-see, but be warned, it is probably the most touristy part of town. So you will be accosted by street pedlers selling their junk and subjected to restuarants that cost twice as much as they do anywhere else in town.
Reviewed by: First L from on Apr 25 2006 a real must great place, a real must!!!! the atmosphere there is just simply fantastic, and if you can, stay there until the sun goes down, there's a beautiful sight from there to all the city... the only problem is it's much more expensive than anything else in the city, and there are mostly just tourists.
