Opened in the middle of 1997, this bar has become a highly popular part of the Chorlton nightlife scene. With its laid-back staff, stylish ambience and subtle trendiness, it is one of those rare places that manages to be sophisticated, super-cool and cozy all at the same time. The food and drink are also of superb quality and are reasonably priced. Choices are varied, and the printed menu includes dishes such as red bean and vegetable goulash with chive mash, and some unusual open sandwiches. Wine bottles and various draft beers and lagers (such as Stella Artois and Hoegaarden) are also available.
