Prism knows its market: it's a stone's throw away from some of the biggest-budget business clientele and the restaurant is tailor-made to suit their requirements. Situated in the banking hall of the former Bank of New York building at the heart of the City, this elegant eatery features long tables interspersed with stone columns. Neither does the food fail to impress: the menu features modern British cuisine but it is interpreted very well indeed. The fish dishes are excellent, but some more exotic alternatives include spicy Moroccan chicken livers. The location and service justify the high prices, but Prism is best visited on the company's account.
